This part-time degree programme will enable you to develop, produce and evaluate complex and artistic culinary products of the highest quality, underpinned with the application of advanced (state-of-the-art) technology, within a commercial context.
Minimum Entry Requirements
Advanced Certificate in Professional Cookery or equivalent, plus at least one year’s industrial experience.
Modules
Gastronomy, Food Product Development, Human Resource Management and Training, Synoptic Study, Work-Based Learning
plus one of the following options
Classical and Contemporary Cuisine, Specialised Kitchen, Pastry and Confectionery Parts 1 and 2.
